Homemade food

Homemade bread

It's really nice to have for breakfast or lunch fresh, without any bad stuff inside homemade bread. Firts, i thought it is impossible to bake bread without baking mashine(they are very popular now),but no, possible, everything is possible.

  • flour (take 5 dl) f.e wholefrean flour
  • "Live" yeast, not powder (15 gr)
  • salt (about 10 gr)
  • sugar (about 5 gr) I use fructose-sugar
  • warm water 350 gr (room temp)
  • Olive oil (abou 20 gr)
  • fiber flakes
  1. Mix (wipe) flour with yeast, add water, sugar and salt. I add also fiber flakes, because then it will be even more healthier and  possible to use wholegrain flour.
  1. Mix mix mix, dough will be very soft and nice, and it will not stick to hands.
  1. Take other bowl, grease with olive oil, put your dough there cover with towel and leave in warm place for about 2 hours.
  1. After take dough from bowl, form bread, or little breads as you like.
  1. Put them on baking paper to the oven-tray, cut with knife slots on the bottom of bread and cover again with towel in warm place for about 2 hours, as the bread will grow in 2 times.
  1. Heat the oven to 220 C and before putting bread there grease it with water, a little, water will give nice  crips cover on the bread.
  1. And finally put them to the oven about 15-20 min and then you will have nice bread for Saturday breakfast when you dont need to hurry nowhere and can enjoy every moment of the morning.

Also it's possible to find bread-mix, and you can do everytnig very fast. In Sweden we have this kind of bread-mixes for example. We have tried this one:
All you need to read the instructions and follow them and here you go nice bread :)

For example it's possible to make this breakfast

I did my breakfast like that with bread, it is very healthy, nice and sweet :)
You need some low-fat cottage cheese paste, some strawberries and raspberries, some jam (i have cherry jam) and my favourite green lemon tea,. Enjoy :)
Nice, sweet and easy
